Aside from special features (I'm assuming, anyway) is there any difference between this cut and the unrated one that had already been released?

I love the movie and all, but I want to know if this justifies a re-buy or not.

And 007, I think the sex scenes are longer and more graphic, and the kills are also extended and gorier.
